Resideo, à travers sa division ADI Global Distribution, recherche un Senior Distribution Leader pour superviser les activités de l’entrepôt à Brno. Ce rôle implique d’assurer la qualité, le coût et la livraison des produits en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration continue et en promouvant une culture d’équipe forte. Le titulaire du poste sera également responsable de fournir un service exceptionnel à l’organisation commerciale locale et d’assurer que les clients soient servis en temps et en heure.

Responsabilités Principales

• Gestion Globale : Assurer l’ensemble des activités de l’entrepôt, y compris la réception, le stockage et l’expédition.
• Stratégie de Distribution : Supporter et exécuter la stratégie de distribution de l’EMEA et de la République tchèque.
• Programmes d’Amélioration : Mettre en œuvre le programme d’excellence commerciale d’ADI, axé sur l’amélioration continue.
• Point de Contact Logistique : Devenir le contact local pour la logistique en collaboration avec le directeur du transport EMEA.
• Optimisation des Opérations : Améliorer les opérations de l’entrepôt en planifiant et en exécutant le picking, le packing, et l’expédition.
• Leadership et Management : Gérer les performances de l’équipe, répartir le travail et assurer un cadre de travail efficace.
• Formation et Développement : Évaluer les besoins de formation et élaborer des plans pour garantir une couverture adéquate.
• Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) : Être responsable des réglementations HSE et de la conformité.

Exigences et Qualifications

Compétences Nécessaires :

• Expérience préalable en gestion d’entrepôt.
• Expérience en leadership d’équipe.
• Responsabilité P&L dans des postes précédents.
• Diplôme de niveau secondaire.
• Maîtrise du tchèque et de l’anglais à un niveau professionnel.

Compétences Appréciées :

• Connaissance de SAP.
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: LogisticsDegree Level: High School GraduateJob Description:ADI Global Distribution, a division of Resideo Security Group, is seeking a Senior Distribution Leader in Brno to lead the warehouse, driving the delivery of Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets by focusing on continuous improvement and by promoting a team-based culture. Providing best-in-class support to our local (CZ) Sales organization and making sure our customers our served-on time and in full.JOB DUTIES:

• Overall responsibility for warehouse activities and services in the Brno Warehouse (inbound, storage, outbound)
• Support and execute the EMEA and CZ distribution strategy
• Implement ADI’s Business Excellence Program (Continuous improvements Lean, 5S, etc.) in the CZ warehouse)
• Become the local Logistics contact (Work with the EMEA Director of Transportation)
• Manage Customer Collections/Pickups (Warehouse acts as a branch)
• Optimise and improve warehouse operations – planning and execution (picking, packing, receipts, dispatches, positions/bins, locations/shelves) – reduce errors.
• Act as a role model for team members.
• Manage the allocation of work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets.
• Ensure delivery of team targets by the team.
• Manage the team performance through job instruction, regular reviews and team meetings.
• Assess training needs. Create and deliver skills training plans to ensure there is the adequate day-to-day cover on the team and build flexibility for how team members can be utilized.
• Monitor team performance (targets, absence, skills, conduct) implementing appropriate performance management processes to resolve performance issues, including disciplinary activity.
• With HR Advisor/Oracle, create recruitment plans and contribute to recruitment and selection of new staff. Ensure all new staff are inducted and trained to the required standards.
• Manage team budget (where known), to include all aspects of cost, within established guidelines, to result in cost reduction (capex/opex)
• Responsible for HSE for the CZ Warehouse and sales offices (risk management, fire protection, waste management, and reporting), and manage the outsourced HSE specialist
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and corporate procedures
• Manage mandatory training & maintenance programs e.g., Electrical training, Outsourced working (control),
• Manage the validity of compliance documentation
• Management of Building Maintenance (Brno owned) including high voltage transformer station, visitor log (C-TPAT), access control on sites (ADI/third party – documented – electronic, keys, gates/doors, fence – whatever is relevant), Intrusion control on sites (documented), Intrusion/Fire protection (remote control of alarms and immediate follow-ups, In house movements (changes of seating plans, etc.) and future site development / including a potential move
• Change management (use of third-party suppliers reflecting price/performance and business implications)
• CCTV circuits maintenance and development (HUB)

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Previous experience in warehouse management
• Team-leading experience
• P&L responsibility in previous jobs
• High school diploma
• Czech and English language on a professional level
