Mission du Poste

En tant que Senior Engineer in Test, le candidat sera responsable de la conception, de la construction et de la maintenance d’infrastructures de tests automatisés visant à assurer la qualité et la performance des applications et infrastructures de DataRobot. Le rôle inclut :

• Définition et mise en œuvre de stratégies de test
• Gestion des pipelines CI/CD
• Collaboration avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles afin de garantir le développement d’un logiciel de haute qualité.

Cette fonction est essentielle pour assurer l’automatisation, l’évolutivité et l’amélioration continue des processus de développement logiciel, y compris les tests d’applications et d’infrastructures.

Responsabilités Principales

• Développement de Tests Automatisés : Créer et maintenir des scripts de test automatisés en utilisant des langages comme Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Gestion des Pipelines CI/CD : Concevoir et entretenir des pipelines CI/CD pour une intégration et un déploiement continus.
• Stratégie de Test : Collaborer avec les équipes produits et développement pour définir les stratégies de test.
• Automatisation des Tests à Grande Échelle : Développer des systèmes d’automatisation de tests robustes et évolutifs.
• Assurance Qualité : Identifier les cas limites et préconiser les modifications nécessaires.
• Collaboration : Travailler main dans la main avec différentes équipes pour une intégration fluide des tests.
• Amélioration Continue : Proposer des améliorations aux processus de test et aux frameworks d’automatisation.

Compétences Requises

Pour ce poste, DataRobot recherche des candidats ayant :

• Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en ingénierie logicielle.
• Une maîtrise éprouvée du développement logiciel, notamment en Python.
• D’excellentes compétences dans la conception de frameworks d’automatisation de tests.
• Une expérience avec des outils de pipelines CI/CD, tels que GitHub Actions ou GitLab.
• Une compréhension solide des types et méthodologies de tests.
• Une passion pour la qualité et l’amélioration continue.

With a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement, you will work on both application-level and infrastructure testing, identifying edge cases and potential risks, and ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Automated Test Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Go, and Javascript/Typescript to ensure high-quality software and applications.CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and continuous deployment of code (experience with GitLab CI, Github Actions, Harness.io, or similar is a plus).Test Strategy: Work with product and development teams to define testing strategies, scope, and priorities for features, ensuring thorough test coverage across all stages of development.Test Automation at Scale: Develop large-scale, maintainable test automation systems and frameworks, ensuring they can scale with growing applications and infrastructure needs.
