Objectif du Poste
Le Senior Engineer Maintenance Planning occupera un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe **Maintenance OQ8**, en pilotant la planification et l’organisation des services de maintenance des actifs d’OQ. Cette fonction vise à optimiser la disponibilité et la longévité des installations, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité, les objectifs managériaux et les politiques en vigueur.
Tâches et Responsabilités Principales
- Gestion du programme de maintenance préventive via un système de gestion de maintenance informatisé.
- Génération et gestion des ordres de travail en réponse aux demandes approuvées.
- Coordination des temps d’arrêt des équipements pour minimiser les pertes de production.
- Préparation de paquets de travail pour chaque activité de maintenance planifiée, y compris les entretiens récurrents.
- Communication continue avec les équipes opérationnelles et d’exécution afin de clarifier les attentes et les exigences des travaux.
Compétences et Qualifications
Éducation : Diplôme en Ingénierie Mécanique, Électrique ou Instrumentation ou domaine connexe est requis.
Expérience : Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement dans l’industrie pétrolière et gazière, avec une expérience significative en planification de maintenance.
Qualifications Linguistiques
Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est nécessaire pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Connaissances Techniques
- Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de maintenance informatisée (CMMS), notamment SAP et Primavera.
- Capacité à effectuer une analyse des coûts pour optimiser les ressources et le temps.
- Conformité aux normes internationales en matière de qualité et de sécurité (HSE).
Conditions de Travail
Le poste se déroulera dans un environnement de bureau ainsi qu’en milieu opérationnel. Une utilisation modérée à intensive de l’outil informatique est à prévoir.
Interactions Clés
Le Senior Engineer travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de maintenance et d’opérations internes, ainsi qu’avec des contractants et fournisseurs externes.

- Executes the Preventive Maintenance Program using a computerized maintenance management system/software
- Generate Work Order on the system once a request is received and approved after quality review.
- Coordinate downtime of equipment.
- Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of repetitive maintenance.
- Assist with development of annual overhaul/shutdown schedules
- Communicate with Work Requestor for complete clarity of work to be executed.
- Discuss with Operations how work will be performed and what will be required.
- Communicate with the Execution Team and Operations regarding expectations of work before the equipment is taken out of service.
- Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related to maintenance.
- Execute MPI techniques to improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate to rebuild spare equipment through external suppliers.
- Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
- Submit engineering drawings for any further required revisions or upgrades.
- Execute modification in maintenance records and key equipment with significant spares during setting apt reorder levels along with quantities.
- Support department’s compliance to any Lean Manufacturing goals and objectives.
- Assist with engineering for spare parts preparation and PM Lists for new equipment.
- Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site maintenance activities.
- Support proactively all EH&S procedures and policies.
- Responsible to arrange all resources to be required during the execution phase in order to reduce loss of time and delays. (Internal & external Manpower, equipment, materials, etc.).
- Analyze costs in order to look for the best strategy in order of time and money for the organization.
- Work along Contract Team Department following up the proper performance of Contractor providing services to the Organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of all records and company matters.

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience as Supervisor Maintenance in similar Area within the Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry.
- Experience and knowledge in project planning, cost control, contract development, installation, troubleshooting, and start-up.
- Experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling field within Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experienced in scheduling planned activities during a specific period.
- Experience in Project Planning using MS Project or Primavera
- Experience with the usage of CMMS Tools as SAP PM&MM Modules.
- Knowledge:
- In how to describe what is to be accomplished and estimate, how many labor-hours will be required.
- In Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- With advanced expertise in SAP- PM Module.
- Primavera P6 / Maximo / MS Project
- Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information/ reports
