Description du Poste
Titre du Poste : Senior Engineering/Technical Manager (Automotive/Embedded Software)
La recherche se concentre sur un candidat expérimenté qui saura diriger l’équipe de développement logiciel embarqué pour l’automobile. Le poste implique la supervision de 2 à 3 managers de premier niveau et d’une équipe de 20 à 40 ingénieurs. Le candidat idéal doit allier expertise technique et compétences managériales avec un style de gestion centré sur l’humain.
Responsabilités Clés
- Leadership et Développement d’Équipe : Former et encourager une équipe performante dans un environnement collaboratif et inclusif.
- Développement Commercial : Utiliser son expertise technique pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités et élaborer des stratégies de croissance régionale.
- Gestion de Projet : Superviser la planification et l’exécution de projets de logiciels embarqués, assurant leur livraison dans les délais et la qualité requise.
- Expertise Technique : Fournir des conseils pratiques sur la conception, le développement et le test de logiciels embarqués.
- Collaboration avec les Parties Prenantes : Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour harmoniser le développement logiciel avec les objectifs commerciaux.
- Amélioration des Processus : Optimiser les processus d’ingénierie pour accroître l’efficacité et la qualité.
Qualifications Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Informatique, Génie Électrique, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 10 ans dans le développement logiciel embarqué, dont au moins 5 ans en leadership.
- Compétences Techniques : Excellente maîtrise du langage C/C++, systèmes d’exploitation temps réel et protocoles de communication automobile.
- Compétences Managériales : Capacité démontrée à diriger et à développer des équipes.
- Gestion de Projet : Familiarité avec les méthodologies agiles.
- Communication : Compétences en communication écrite et orale, capacité à influencer des parties prenantes variées.
- Intelligence Émotionnelle : Aptitudes interpersonnelles fortes pour motiver et coacher les membres de l’équipe.

This position will oversee 2-3 first-level managers and a team of 20-40 engineers. - Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of embedded software projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and external partners, to align software development with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Enhance engineering processes to boost efficiency, quality, and team performance. Encourage best practices in software development and testing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years in embedded software development, including 5+ years in leadership roles within the embedded software industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and create a supportive work environment.
