Description du Poste
Le poste de Senior Field Service Engineer implique la responsabilité de l’entretien, de la réparation et de l’installation d’instruments et de solutions informatiques sur le site des clients. Les tâches incluent :
- Réalisation de tests électriques et mécaniques conformément aux contrats de maintenance.
- Diagnostic des pannes du système et identification des solutions les plus économiques.
- Escalade des problèmes complexes vers un soutien technique supérieur.
- Réponse aux appels de support client dans un territoire assigné.
Intégré(e) au Customer Support Team basé à Taipei et travaillant en remote, le/la titulaire du poste aura l’occasion de contribuer à l’avancement de la santé en fournissant des services critiques pour des outils diagnostiques.
Activités Principales
Ce rôle dynamique offre la possibilité de :
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes d’instruments pour garantir des rapports précis aux patients.
- Effectuer un entretien adéquat sur les instruments pour une expérience utilisateur optimale.
- Installer correctement des appareils afin d’optimiser leur utilisation pour les clients.
Exigences Essentielles
Pour réussir dans ce poste, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation en ingénierie biomédicale, ingénierie électrique et électronique, ou en technologie médicale.
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exigences de Voyage
Le poste requiert une capacité à voyager, spécifiquement :
- 10 % de déplacements, y compris des nuitées, au sein du territoire attribué.
- Un permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite acceptable est nécessaire.

- Resolve complex instrument issues to provide accurate reports for patients.
- Perform proper maintenance on instruments to provide customers with best user experience.
- Properly install instruments to provide customers with the best equipment usage experience.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Related to Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Medical Technology and Laboratory Science.
- Over 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in “Microsoft Excel”, “Microsoft Word”, “Microsoft PowerPoint”.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- TOEIC score of 500 or above or equivalent language proficiency certification.
