- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent finance positions
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients across commerce and industry sectors
- Develop business with existing clients and generate new business opportunities
- Identify and attract high-caliber finance professionals
- Provide expert market knowledge and consultative advice to both clients and candidates
