Responsabilités Clés
- Développement d’applications web : Créer et maintenir des applications réactives et performantes en utilisant React, TypeScript et Tailwind CSS.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour transformer les besoins commerciaux en solutions techniques.
- Architecture de systèmes : Concevoir et construire des microservices et RESTful APIs pour assurer la transmission de données complexes.
- Mentorat : Aider à développer les compétences des ingénieurs juniors tout en favorisant un environnement d’apprentissage collaboratif.
- Évaluation technologique : Identifier les tendances et les technologies émergentes pour renforcer la plateforme technologique de CoStar.
Qualifications Requises
- Baccalauréat d’une université accréditée.
- 7+ ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
- Compétences avérées dans l’architecture de systèmes à grande échelle et les applications web en environnement agile.
- Expérience avec React, Node.js et C#.
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de sécurité et d’accessibilité web.
Compétences Préférées
- Expérience avec SQL et les bases de données.
- Connaissance des outils d’observation comme Kibana et Data Dog.
- Expérience en cloud computing avec des fournisseurs tels que AWS ou Azure.

You’ll be solving more than just 1-off problems, but larger scale systems that are highly dynamic and are built for growth.This position is in Richmond, VA and is in onsite Monday – Thursday, option to work from home on Friday.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build reusable, scalable, and secure UI components and libraries with a focus on maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers to transform business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain shared component libraries and front-end architecture.
- Build microservices and RESTful APIs to move complex data across domains.
- Drive and lead software design by developing standards and performing code reviews, resulting in a robust, efficient, and maintainable code base.
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and develop practices.
- Mentor other engineers, working together with shared goals and an open mindset to learn.
- Develop comprehensive application testing procedures to ensure high-quality applications for tens of thousands of users.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing and building large scale distributed, services-oriented systems and web applications in an agile environment
- Experience developing frontend applications using React and Node with TypeScript
- Application experience with C#
- Experience building RESTful APIs using strongly typed languages
- Strong grasp of web standards, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Proficient understanding of source control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
- Familiarity with observability tools like Kibana, Data Dog and other monitoring frameworks
- Strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners)
- Data modeling experience from conceptual, logical and physical designs
- Cloud computing experience with providers like, AWS, Azure or GCP
