Description du poste : Strategic HR Leadership:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Executive Team, providing insights and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR Strategy, Policies, and Procedures, ensuring alignment with group standards while addressing the company’s unique business needs.
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
Talent & Leadership Development:
- Support and coach the leadership team, strengthening their people management capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
- Oversee Talent Management processes, including Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Career Progression strategies.
- Contribute for the design and implementation of robust Learning & Development programs, in coordination with L&D department, ensuring continuous upskilling and alignment with future business demands.
Organizational Development & Workforce Planning:
- Ensure the optimal structure of teams, workforce planning, and capability building to drive efficiency and business performance.
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent for key roles.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the workforce.
Performance & Employee Relations:
- Support the implementation of the performance evaluation & potential process by monitoring each step, training managers, leading calibration sessions, and facilitating development discussions.
- Coach managers on conducting effective performance evaluations and feedback discussions.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of effective individual development plans.
- Support succession planning by identifying and following up the development of key talent.
- Co-develop assessment center tools and participate in internal recruitment processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor in conflict resolution, employee relations, and labor law compliance, ensuring alignment with local regulations and best practices.
- Develop and track HR Metrics to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Optimize HR operational efficiency, including payroll, benefits, and HR systems, in collaboration with HR shared services and external providers.
- Foster a strong HR presence on the operational field, ensuring HR support is accessible and impactful at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of Portuguese labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in driving cultural transformation, change management, and leadership development.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach to HR decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English.
