Nous recherchons un professionnel passionné pour occuper ce rôle clé au sein de notre programme Fill and Finish Expansions (FFEx). En tant que Senior IT and Automation Manager, vous aurez l’opportunité de mener et de délivrer des solutions innovantes en IT et automatisation dans un environnement de production dynamique.

Responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de :

• Encadrer et former une équipe pour assurer la livraison réussie de solutions IT et d’automatisation.
• Gérer le périmètre, les délais, les ressources et le budget en accord avec les stratégies locales et globales.
• Faciliter la collaboration entre les différentes parties prenantes pour garantir une communication fluide.
• Établir des relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes pour optimiser les activités d’exécution.
• Superviser l’exécution des projets en surveillant leur avancement, en gérant les risques et en surmontant les défis.

Profil du Candidat

Le candidat idéal aura une expertise technique solide et de forte compétences en leadership. Les critères de sélection incluent :

• Formation : Un diplôme en ingénierie ou un domaine similaire, associé à une expérience significative en gestion de projets IT et d’automatisation.
• Méthodologies : Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Connaissances :  Solides connaissances des principes de Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (GMP).
• Environnement de Production : Familiarité avec les environnements de production et les systèmes d’automatisation.
• Compétences Linguistiques : Communication exceptionnelle en anglais et en danois.

Le candidat doit également démontrer des qualités de proactivité, de stratégie et d’orientation vers la qualité, tout en inspirant les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes de haut niveau.

Le département Product Supply – Fill & Finish Expansions est structuré pour favoriser la collaboration inter-organisationnelle et inter-fonctionnelle. Son objectif est de concevoir et de construire des installations de production robustes et pérennes, soutenues par des technologies d’IT et d’automatisation performantes.

• Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to streamline execution activities

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field paired with proven experience in managing teams and delivering IT and automation projects
• Experience in program management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2)

• Working familiarity with production environments and automation systems
