Responsabilités du Poste
Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera un développeur Java senior et architecte, impliqué directement dans la livraison des projets. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Communication : Établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes, notamment dans les domaines des ventes, du trading et des analyses quantitatif.
- Équipe Agile : Participer activement à une équipe Agile, en veillant à la livraison efficace d’applications pour atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Encadrement : Favoriser l’innovation et établir des directives techniques pour l’équipe de développement, tout en jouant un rôle de mentorat.
- Stratégie Technologique : Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la direction de la stratégie technologique du département, en assurant son alignement avec la stratégie globale.
- Développement Front-End : Possibilité de travailler sur des applications front-end utilisant HTML5, Angular et scripting Python.
- Meilleures Pratiques SDLC : Aider à la mise en œuvre et à la conformité des meilleures pratiques du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC).
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Une expérience en intégration d’applications, conception logicielle, et utilisation de modèles et frameworks de tests automatisés.
- Une maîtrise des techniques de développement Agile et des principes de gestion de version, y compris l’intégration et la livraison continues.
- Une expérience pratique dans la construction d’applications Java, en particulier avec Spring Boot.
- Une expérience en développement piloté par les tests (TDD) et en gestion d’une petite équipe de développeurs.
