Poste proposé

Nous recherchons un Senior Java Software Engineer talentueux et visionnaire pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale expérimentée. Ce poste s’adresse aux professionnels passionnés par des projets stimulants, des technologies de pointe et l’opportunité de façonner des produits financiers innovants.

Responsabilités principales

• Collaboration avec des Architectes de Solutions et Tech Leads pour développer des produits financiers modernes.
• Développement de solutions de haute performance, incluant des revues de code, tests automatisés, analyse de code statique (SonarQube) et surveillance de performance (Kibana, Elastic APM).
• Apprentissage continu et proposition d’améliorations pour stimuler l’innovation.

Compétences requises

Compétences essentielles

• Expérience de plus de 4 ans avec Java 11 et l’écosystème Spring (Boot, REST, JPA, Data, Integration, Cloud, Security).
• Code propre, structuré, testable et bien documenté.
• Compréhension approfondie des API REST, de la sécurité du code, du refactoring et de la surveillance de performance.
• Capacités de résolution de problèmes, avec un talent pour décomposer des enjeux complexes.
• Capacités de travail en équipe et caractère autonome, avec d’excellentes compétences en anglais (lecture et écriture).

Compétences appréciées

• Familiarité avec les microservices, systèmes distribués et communication asynchrone.
• Connaissances de base en Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, entre autres technologies.
• Expérience avec des outils comme IntelliJ IDEA, Gitflow et JIRA.

Conditions et modalités

• Collaborate with a skilled team of Solution Architects and Tech Leads to build modern financial products
• Develop high-performance production solutions through code reviews, automated testing, static code analysis (SonarQube), and performance monitoring (Kibana, Elastic APM)
• Continuously learn, stay ahead of tech trends, and actively suggest improvements to drive innovation

Required skills & qualifications:Must-have:

• 4+ years of experience with Java 11 and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, REST, JPA, Data, Integration, Cloud, Security)
• Clean, structured, testable, and well-documented code
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, secure coding, refactoring, and performance monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues
• Team player with the ability to work independently and strong English reading and writing skills

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, event sourcing, and async communication
• Basic knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Camunda BPM, Kotlin, Liquibase, Kibana, Elastic APM, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience with tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Gitflow, SonarQube, Maven, Swagger, JIRA, GitHub
