Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le COO de DSCS, les équipes financières, et la direction du DSCS pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et les indicateurs clés de performance (OKR et KPI) de l’unité.
Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Senior Manager Business Performance DSCS, les missions principales incluent :
- Coordination des processus de ciblage, de budget et de prévisions pour le DSCS.
- Rapport périodique des performances en liaison avec les parties concernées, garantissant une transition fluide entre les rapports de gestion et les rapports statutaires.
- Analyse des résultats financiers par rapport aux KPI, budgets et prévisions, tout en identifiant les risques et opportunités financiers.
- Collaboration avec l’équipe de direction pour établir des objectifs stratégiques et créer des tableaux de bord de gestion de la performance.

Job DescriptionWe now have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us in the role of a new Senior Manager Business Performance at our office in Lysaker in Oslo.This role is responsible for driving performance within the Digital Supply Chain Solutions (DSCS), supporting the COO DSCS, Finance, and DSCS Leadership Team to achieve financial and other OKRs and KPIs within the business unit. The position plays a key role in owning and managing financial targets, results, forecasts, and covenant compliance.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and reporting, with a focus on developing and streamlining methods to enhance performance.Job RequirementsResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Manager Business Performance DSCS, you will act as liaison between the finance group and the business unit head related to reporting, analysis, improvements, and accountability for the full DSCS financial statements. You will be comfortable having high-level conversations with senior leaders to understand the drivers of the various business operations and be a constructive business partner for the DSCS management team. You bring a strong financial background, experience from an international environment with a strategic business orientation and are a strong collaborator and excellent communicator.Primary responsibilities include:
- Own and coordinate the targeting/budgeting/forecasting process for DSCS.
- Lead DSCS periodic reporting in conjunction with relevant segment parties, bridging management to statutory reporting.
- Understand targets and business drivers to the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, including financial ratios.
- Coordinate the forecasting process with relevant segment department heads and global and local finance teams.
- Analyze financial results and performance against key KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business unit
- Be an integral member of any M&A advisory team, providing strategic planning counsel and financial modeling work in support of the finance M&A team.
- Support COO DSCS in setting business goals and OKRs for the DSCS team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Identify requirements, develop, and own performance management dashboards and other communication materials that combine all necessary data.
- Develop and present performance-related communication and materials for the COO DSCS, CEO, CFO, and the Board, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
- Facilitate investment review and cross-functional checkpoint meetings. · Oversee performance improvement programs and drive initiatives through the DSCS segment.
- Act as Single Point of Contact towards broader Finance organization (Treasury, Tax, Accounting) to plan for successful growth and implementation of new products and services during DSCS growth-journey.
- Serve as a key expert in developing business cases, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis to support rigor testing for DSCS product development and growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the establishment of governance frameworks and target-setting processes for the business.
- Own the financial structuring of business cases within Integrated Solutions product design, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial goals.
- Serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cross-functional stakeholders providing financial insight and guidance across initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant experience in international business.
- Higher education, preferably a master’s degree within a relevant field.
- Management Consulting, Finance or accounting background, financial modeling experience.
- Strong understanding of governance related to day-to-day business and portfolio of JVs and investments.
- Proven experience in business performance management, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive performance across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement performance management processes and tools. · Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in revenue generation and profitability analysis
