Description du Poste
Le rôle de (Senior) Manager – Data Architect s’inscrit dans cette démarche innovante. Les principales missions incluent :
- Gestion de projets de construction et de mise en œuvre de plateformes de données à grande échelle.
- Conseil sur des solutions de données adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
- Soutien au développement commercial et à la stratégie de mise sur le marché.
- Encadrement et développement des compétences au sein de l’équipe.
- Élaboration de standards et documentation des architectures de données à utiliser par les architectes d’entreprise.
Exigences du Poste
Pour prétendre à ce poste, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Titre académique en data ou technologie, de niveau Bachelor ou supérieur.
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en architecture de données modernes, traitement du langage naturel (NLP) et conception de modèles de données.
- Expertise dans la création de solutions de Data Warehousing et capacité à tirer des insights exploitables à partir des données.
- Connaissance approfondie des designs et schémas d’architecture de données, y compris l’expérience avec des solutions cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Informatica).
- Compréhension des technologies de machine learning, d’intelligence artificielle et de gestion de données.

- As a Data architect role to deliver data warehouse project from design to implementation of data management and large scale data platform.
- Develop/advice for data solutions for clients;
- Assist in business development and go-to-market strategy;
- Support practice and people development;
- Drive data architecture artefacts, standards, patterns etc. that will be disseminated to and used by enterprise/solution architects;
- Develop standards and monitor the implementation of relevant projects;
During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness.We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor degree or above in Data/Technology related discipline;
- 8 years or above experience in Modern Data Architecture, NLP and Data Model Design;
- Advisory and/or implementation experience;
- Demonstrates a comprehensive data warehousing and analytics solution, from building a data warehouse to generating actionable insights
- Sound knowledge in Industry design patterns and Hands-on experience on schema design using different approach to data warehouse architecture
- Cloud experience and Certified Architect in one or more areas: Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Informatica, where GCP is a must
- Exposure in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Streaming and IoT Technologies;
- Exposure in Data Management, Governance and Security;
