Objectif du Poste
Le Senior Manager Infrastructure Management joue un rôle crucial dans la gestion et le développement des standards, politiques et processus pour la gestion du cycle de vie de services d’infrastructure.
Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion d’Équipe : Management d’une équipe mondiale de 8 personnes, dédiée à la gestion des interactions commerciales et de la capacité d’infrastructure partagée.
- Stratégie d’Infrastructure : Définition de la stratégie pour le déploiement d’infrastructures partagées, essentielles pour les produits de SITA.
- Communication avec les Parties Prenantes : Engagement continu avec les parties prenantes pour s’assurer que les services d’infrastructure répondent aux besoins des affaires.
- Développement de Standards : Création et mise en œuvre de normes alignées sur les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSEManages and develops appropriate standards policies and processes for end-to-end life cycle management of one or more infrastructure services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a global team (of 8 people) and activities relating to business engagement and shared airport infrastructure capacity management for SITA.
- The role plays a key part in helping to define the strategy for a team that is responsible for shared, core and security infrastructure deployment. Infrastructure serves as the backbone for SITA products and solutions: we ensure that scalable, cost optimised, and secure infrastructure is in place to support them.
- The ability to communicate and to engage our stakeholders across the organisation is a critical part of this role.
- Alignment with both the SITA GEO Teams and the Business Units helps to ensure that strategy and execution meet requirements and lead to positive business outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Standards: Create and enforce standards, policies, and processes for the end-to-end life cycle management of one or more infrastructure services. Ensure these standards align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for infrastructure services. Develop long-term plans that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure that infrastructure services meet business requirements. Communicate effectively to align expectations and drive successful outcomes.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE
- At least 5+ years’ experience in leading teams and with a strong background and understanding of the sales cycle, business development and stakeholder management.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSStrong Communication skills
- The ability to communicate well across all parts and at all levels of the organisation. The majority of the communication will be with internal stakeholders but there will be some external and customer communication needed.
