En tant que Senior Manager Digital, le candidat retenu sera en charge de l’optimisation de l’offre mobile et du parcours client au sein du mid funnel. Ce rôle exige une synergie entre plusieurs départements, notamment le marketing, le produit, l’UX/UI et l’analyse des données, pour maximiser la conversion des leads et stimuler la croissance des revenus par des offres captivantes.
Responsabilités Clés
Le candidat devra :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing digital pour engager et éduquer les leads jusqu’à leur conversion, à travers différents canaux comme l’email et les notifications push.
- Concevoir des offres attractives en collaboration avec les équipes produit et tarification.
- Gérer le parcours client pour s’assurer que chaque point de contact optimise l’engagement et la conversion.
- Implémenter des campagnes multicanal adaptées aux différentes étapes de l’entonnoir de conversion.
- Utiliser des données analytiques pour évaluer les performances des campagnes et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Conduire des initiatives de tests A/B pour affiner les messages et optimiser les designs.
- Collaborer avec des équipes internes pour garantir l’alignement de toutes les campagnes digitales avec les objectifs d’affaires globaux.
- Rester informé des tendances du secteur et des innovations dans le marketing digital.
Qualifications Requises
Formation : Un diplôme en marketing, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est exigé, un diplôme de niveau supérieur étant un atout.
Expérience : Cinq à huit ans d’expérience en marketing digital, particulièrement dans les stratégies du mid funnel et la conversion des clients.
Compétences et Aptitudes
- Bilingue (espagnol et anglais) avec de solides compétences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience avérée en optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO) et en analyse des tunnels de conversion.
- Compétences analytiques solides, maîtrise d’outils tels que Google Analytics.
- Connaissance des plateformes de CRM et d’automatisation du marketing.
- Compréhension des stratégies centrées sur le mobile et optimisation des parcours clients sur ces plateformes.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:What´s the role?As a Digital Senior Manager for the Mid Funnel & Digital offers you will lead and drive the optimization of our mid-funnel customer journey and mobile offers across digital channels. In this role, you will the strategy, execution, and performance of initiatives that nurture leads, convert customers, and improve revenue growth through compelling mobile offers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, UX/UI, and data analytics to enhance customer experience, optimize conversion rates, and drive business growth.How can you add value?
- Develop and implement mid-funnel digital marketing strategies that engage, educate, and nurture leads through to conversion. This includes email marketing, retargeting, push notifications, in-app messaging, and personalized content experiences.
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of offers that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities for customers. Collaborate with product and pricing teams to guarantee the offers are driven and aligned with business goals.
- Manage the mapping of customer journeys from consideration to decision, ensuring touchpoints are optimized for outstanding engagement and conversion. Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure flawless user experience and conversion optimization across all devices.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that target users at different stages of the funnel (email, SMS, app notifications, display ads, etc.). Ensure campaigns are incorporated with other marketing efforts and align with business objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of mid-funnel and mobile offer campaigns. Regularly report on critical indicators (conversion rates, customer engagement, return on investment) and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to test new strategies, creative elements, and offers. Use insights to improve messaging, design, and targeting to enhance conversion and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, IT, and analytics, to ensure that digital campaigns are aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate closely with the CX teams to address difficulties in the funnel.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to bring new, innovative ideas to the team and ensure Liberty Puerto Rico remains driven in the digital world.
- Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

What do you need?Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital media or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.Five to Eight years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in mid-funnel strategies, customer conversion, or e-commerce, ideally in the B2C or mobile/telecom space.Other Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to encourage peers to achieve goals.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and improving customer acquisition, with expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly mid-funnel tactics (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, retargeting, SMS, mobile apps).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms to drive decisions, along with A/B testing, performance optimization, and campaign management experience.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of mobile-first strategies and optimizing the customer journey on mobile platforms, highly data-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement, proactive and results oriented in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
