Responsabilités Clés
Le titulaire de ce poste prendra la responsabilité de plusieurs axes majeurs :

Leadership Stratégique et Collaboration
- Agir en tant que force unificatrice au sein de l’organisation, en travaillant de concert avec les équipes de la marque, de la communication, du numérique et des relations publiques.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes, afin de concevoir des narrations cohérentes qui mettent en valeur les programmes F&B et de nightlife.

Stratégie Marketing et Exécution de Campagnes
- Élaborer et gérer des plans marketing à court et long terme, en s’assurant de leur efficacité à travers des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) clairs.
- Analyser les données clients, les tendances du marché et les actions des concurrents pour optimiser les campagnes.

Marketing d’Événements et Programmation
- Superviser la planification et l’exécution d’événements emblématiques, y compris des promotions saisonnières et des apparitions de chefs célèbres.

Développement de Supports Créatifs et Narration de Marque
- Gérer le développement créatif des supports marketing, garantissant la consistance de la marque à travers tous les canaux de communication.

Optimisation des Données et Performances
- Utiliser des outils analytiques pour surveiller la performance des campagnes et effectuer des ajustements basés sur les résultats obtenus.
Exigences du Poste
Pour s’épanouir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent répondre aux conditions suivantes :
- Formation : Diplôme en marketing, hôtellerie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans dans des postes de marketing senior, idéalement dans les secteurs de la nightlife, de l’hospitalité ou du luxe.
- Compétences :
- Capacité démontrée à élaborer des stratégies marketing complètes.
- Expertise en techniques de marketing traditionnelles et numériques.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets, communication et relations interpersonnelles.

THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & CollaborationAct as a unifying force across the organization, collaborating with Brand, Communications, Digital, and PR teams to translate go-to-market strategies into compelling branded experiences.Cultivate trust-based relationships with stakeholders, understanding their mandates to craft cohesive narratives that elevate F&B and nightlife programming at Marina Bay Sands.Oversee regular cross-functional meetings to align marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic cohesion across all platforms.Lead with confidence and presence by actively supporting nightlife and F&B venues—not only through elevated marketing efforts but also through on-ground attendance and engagement, fostering team morale and reinforcing brand visibility.Marketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDevelop and manage short- and long-term marketing plans with clear KPIs, leveraging content marketing, paid media, partnerships, traditional and on-ground advertising to drive visitation and engagement.Partner with external media agencies to execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor insights to create innovative campaigns that enhance brand positioning and revenue growthEvent Marketing & ProgrammingOversee the planning and execution of signature events within the nightlife and F&B, including seasonal promotions, brunches, celebrity chefs and DJ appearances, and exclusive nightlife experiences.Develop cross-promotional initiatives such as partnerships with local and international businesses, convention tie-ins, and activations aligned with cultural and social trends.Contribute to the ideation and execution of nightlife and F&B activations that elevate the Brand Signature Events, incorporating immersive experiences, themed pop-ups, and curated culinary and mixology showcases that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand storytelling.Creative Asset Development & Brand StorytellingManage the creative development of all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, websites, ticketing platforms, and on-property signages.Oversee content creation—including photography, videography, and graphics—to support marketing initiatives.Participate in production shoots to ensure all creative assets—across photo, video, and digital formats—align with brand standards and effectively support campaign narratives and visual storytelling.Data & Performance OptimizationLeverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.Work closely with media partners and stakeholders to refine marketing spend efficiency.Job RequirementsEducation & CertificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 7+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or luxury lifestyle sectors.Other PrerequisitesProven track record in full-funnel marketing strategies, including content, digital, and e-commerce.Expertise in traditional and innovative marketing techniques, with an ability to optimize campaigns for performance and brand elevation.
