Dans un contexte où la justice ne devrait pas être un privilège, ce poste est crucial pour développer une stratégie de mobilisation des ressources. Le candidat idéal aura une forte volonté de soutenir la mission de LAS, guidant les efforts pour établir des partenariats philanthropiques, CSR (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) et institutionnels.
Responsabilités Clés
- Engagement des Donateurs et Corporate: Établir des relations stratégiques avec des donateurs et organisations similaires, tout en facilitant les dialogues significatifs entre les parties prenantes.
- Développement de Propositions de Financement: Créer des propositions convaincantes et collaborer sur des initiatives CSR adaptées aux valeurs de LAS.
- Stratégie de Mobilisation des Ressources: Élaborer une stratégie pluriannuelle visant à garantir durabilité et croissance financière pour LAS.
- Cartographie des Donateurs: Identifier de nouveaux partenaires potentiels à travers des recherches approfondies sur les tendances du financement.
- Développement de Partenariats Corporatifs: Mettre en place des modèles de partenariat qui bénéficient mutuellement à LAS et à ses partenaires corporatifs.
- Coordination Interne: Créer des systèmes efficaces pour la gestion des dons et des propositions.
- Communications et Développement de Supports: Produire du matériel promotionnel engageant pour les donateurs en respectant l’identité de LAS.
- Événements et Engagement: Organiser des événements qui renforcent l’engagement des donateurs et assurent leur reconnaissance.
- Renforcement des Capacités: Former le personnel sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de financement et d’engagement des donateurs.
Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Pour ce rôle, un niveau d’études de Master dans un domaine pertinent est nécessaire, ainsi qu’une expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) dans des rôles liés à la collecte de fonds et aux partenariats corporatifs, dont au moins 2 ans en leadership. Les compétences saisissantes incluent :
- Excellente Communication: Habileté à raconter des histoires impactantes et à écrire des propositions convaincantes.
- Gestion de Projet: Capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément tout en respectant les délais.
- Pensée Stratégique: Compétence pour analyser les besoins et les tendances afin de développer des stratégies robustes.
- Compétences Techniques: Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

Employment Type: ContractualAbout the RoleAs a senior member of the LAS team, you will be responsible for leading our resource mobilization strategy, deepening donor relationships, and forging high-value partnerships with philanthropists, corporate actors, and institutional funders. You will work closely with LAS leadership to design and implement initiatives that align with our vision of accessible justice for all.This role is ideal for a strategic, dynamic, and purpose-driven professional with a track record in fundraising, proposal development, and partnership building at both national and global levels.Key Responsibilities1. Donor & Corporate EngagementBuild and manage strategic relationships with philanthropists, CSR leaders, foundations, and ambassadors.Lead donor control efforts through tailored engagement plans and regular communication.Represent LAS in key meetings with donors and partners, pitching aligned opportunities for collaboration.Facilitate meaningful dialogue between LAS leadership and prospective donors or corporate sponsors.2. Fundraising & Proposal DevelopmentCraft compelling funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations for corporations, foundations, and institutional funders.Collaborate with partners to co-design CSR initiatives, shared-value campaigns, and sponsorship models.Ensure timely submission, donor compliance, and quality assurance of all fundraising materials.3. Resource Mobilization StrategyDevelop and execute a multi-year resource mobilization strategy focused on sustainability and growth.Deliver both short-term funding wins and long-term partnerships across diverse funding streams (CSR, institutional donors, Zakat).4. Donor & Partner MappingConduct research and mapping to identify high-potential donors and CSR partners.Analyze trends in corporate philanthropy and institutional funding to inform engagement strategies.Create a donors database system which can be easily accessed by the Senior Management and the Business Development team.Maintain an up-to-date database with profiles and plans for each priority donor.5. Corporate Partnership DevelopmentInitiate and scale partnerships with local and multinational companies aligned with LAS’s mission.Design mutually beneficial models such as employee giving, matched donations, cause-marketing, and project sponsorships.Formalize partnerships through MoUs in coordination with legal, finance, and communications teams.6. Internal Coordination & SystemsEstablish tools and systems to manage donor pipelines, proposal tracking, and reporting schedules.Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and communications teams to gather timely inputs.7. Communications & Collateral DevelopmentDevelop persuasive and visually appealing collateral for donors including decks, brochures, donor kits, and impact reports.Ensure alignment with LAS branding, tone, and strategic messaging in all external communications.8. Events & EngagementOrganize site visits, donor briefings, and high-impact events that deepen donor engagement.Ensure corporate partners receive appropriate recognition through LAS publications and digital platforms.9.
