This is a senior leadership opportunity within our Global Operations Engineering team, leading the Molding Technology Group based in Taiwan. The role carries significant technical and managerial responsibilities, overseeing a team of specialists to ensure excellence in injection molding operations that support our global autoinjector system production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of technical experts in driving excellence in injection molded component manufacturing for our advanced drug delivery systems.Take ownership of mold engineering, component production, and associated manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with overall production strategies.Partner cross-functionally with production leadership, toolmakers, maintenance, quality, and process engineering teams to identify and implement performance enhancements and resolve technical challenges.Define and drive strategies for capacity growth, future tooling generations, and production scalability.Champion continuous improvement programs focused on molding efficiency and capacity expansion.Effectively allocate departmental resources to support urgent production needs, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives.Provide clear direction and leadership to your team, ensuring effective investigation and resolution of complex technical issues, while maintaining alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline.At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally across multiple functional areas such as product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, or compliance.Solid experience in at least three of the following disciplines: injection molding, product/process development, quality systems, automation, metrology, validation/verification (V&V), or regulatory compliance.Deep understanding of structured problem-solving techniques and a strong track record applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing technical teams and delivering large-scale engineering projects.Previous experience in highly regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of standards like ISO 13485 or cGMP.Expertise in process validation, scale-up, and continuous improvement.Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); ability to navigate cross-cultural and interdisciplinary environments.Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.Mandarin communication skills are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation aligned with your experience and contribution.Hybrid working model with flexible hours and work-from-home options.Access to cutting-edge technology and modern manufacturing environments.A challenging, high-impact role in a fast-paced, innovative, and growing industry.A collaborative, international team of forward-thinking professionals.Continuous learning and global career advancement opportunities.
