Description Générale

Le poste d’Ingénieur Mécanique Senior au sein de OQ offre deux opportunités sous différents clusters : Musandam et Block-60 & 48. Ce rôle est essentiel pour fournir un soutien technique dans la maintenance d’équipements mécaniques au sein des actifs opérés, en veillant à respecter les normes techniques établies.

Objectif du Poste

L’ingénieur aura pour mission principale d’assurer la disponibilité et l’intégrité des actifs mécaniques en minimisant les temps d’arrêt et en optimisant les performances opérationnelles. Cela inclut la gestion de la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que l’exécution de projets mineurs en lien avec les standards de sécurité, environnementaux et techniques.

Tâches et Responsabilités Principales

Les responsabilités impliquent plusieurs aspects :

• Qualité de maintenance : Garantir la qualité des activités de maintenance sur les équipements statiques (réservoirs, échangeurs de chaleur, systèmes de tuyauterie, etc.).
• Gestion des Ordres de Travail : Manipuler et prioriser les ordres de travail dans le système SAP.
• Expertise technique : Fournir un soutien technique lors de diagnostics d’équipement et participer à des analyses des causes profondes (RCA).
• Planification de la Sécurité : Participer à des analyses de sécurité au travail et coordonner les activités de maintenance avec les départements concernés.

Qualifications Requises

Éducation : Diplôme en Ingénierie Mécanique ou discipline similaire, avec une expérience minimale de 8 ans dans un environnement industriel. Une connaissance des standards industriels tels que l’ASME, l’API et l’ASTM est nécessaire.

Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et parlé) est requise, la connaissance de l’arabe est considérée comme un atout.

Compétences et Expérience

Les candidats doivent démontrer des compétences techniques variées :

• Expérience en conception et dépannage d’équipements statiques.
• Compétences en gestion de projets, contrôle des coûts et développement de contrats.
• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (CMMS), notamment SAP.

Soft Skills : Une forte orientation résultats, de solides compétences en communication, et la capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique sont également cruciales.

Conditions de Travail

Le poste implique des opérations sur le terrain et un environnement de bureau avec une utilisation modérée à intensive des écrans d’ordinateur. Les employés doivent être prêts à répondre à des situations d’urgence en dehors des heures normales de travail.

(2) Coordination and supervision of assets, products and maintenance work in the designated area (3) implementation plans and execute maintenance works; in order to ensure that the assets and equipment are available at all times, minimizing the down time and meeting the operational targets that support the gross margin / profitability with a sufficient organizational capability for business continuity.The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and standards, supported by IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectivesMain tasks and responsibilities

• Ensures the quality of maintenance activities on static equipment (including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, piping systems, Marine Services).
• Manages the Work Orders (WO) in SAP, observing jobs prioritization
• Assists the team leader in preparing repair procedures and checklists for static equipment.
• Provides technical expertise in troubleshooting static equipment issues.
• Participate in major equipment trips and failure investigations, performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
• Performs technical assessments, studies, analyses and investigations on plant problems in order to resolve bottlenecks and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Attend internal meeting (Operation, TSD, Planning & other department involves in planned rotating maintenance activities) to discuss and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide inputs for development of maintenance contracts & its administration, technical evaluation on RFQ, control and availability of resources.
• Review all planned maintenance activities (CM, PM and TA) and ensure rotating equipment maintenance history & reports are updated in SAP (CMMS) and work orders are communicated with maintenance staff & contractors.
• Ensure approved planned maintenance sequential of activities & work prioritization and availability of required resources (spare parts, tools, drawings & manpower) are carried out accordingly as per scheduled.
• Attends daily meetings & communicates with Operation, TSD, Planning, HSE and other departments for coordination of complex maintenance activities.
• Develop a well-defined back-up plan, such as organizing maintenance staff during on-call & emergency maintenance works in plant during silence hours / off duty.
• Develop & implement solutions to maintenance process & activities ensuring risk of failures are fully detected, understood and mitigated.
• Review and update maintenance progress reports & contractor’s performance and takes appropriate action for any issues arise.
