Through offices across Europe, North and South America and Asia, CACEIS offers a broad range of services covering execution, clearing, forex, securities lending, custody, depositary and fund administration, fund distribution support, middle office outsourcing and issuer services.We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Officer to join the Fund Distribution Team.Job Responsibilities
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds.
- Resolve dealing related enquiries by email and by telephone, supplying information relating to funds’ portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets and currencies.
- Liaise with local offices, clients and shareholders around the world.
- Processing paperwork for trades and related activity.
- Maintain shareholder register and investor files
- Process redemption, distribution and dividend payments
- Preparation and distribution of Investor statements and contract notes
Investment manager reporting * Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures
- Reporting of fund transactions to the relevant fund accountant teams
- Daily reconciliation of cash accounts

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related experience

- Previous experience in Transfer Agency or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Required skills2 years + of financial services experience within FDS/TAStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using financial software and databases.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
