Description du poste : Empresa:Ascendum GroupDescrição da FunçãoRole: Junior Project Manager – CommercePosition Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Lighthouse Program, focusing on the E-Commerce work stream. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital commerce initiatives, including the Customer Portal and Web Shop, ensuring a seamless and impactful digital experience for our customers.You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product owners, marketing, IT, and local project managers, across Ascendum’s global geographies. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our digital commerce channels align with strategic objectives and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating the development and rollout of digital commerce channels, including the Customer Portal and Web Shop.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, local project managers, and cross-functional teams to align project goals with customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Timeline and Budget Tracking: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Digital Channel Optimization: Support the continuous improvement of digital channels to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to e-commerce projects and collaborate with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Change Management Support: Assist in developing change management strategies and communication materials to ensure effective adoption and user engagement across all geographies.
• Salesforce Integration: Support the integration and optimization of Salesforce solutions to create a unified 360º customer view.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital transformation projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or MS Project).
• Digital Savvy: Understanding of digital customer journeys, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce trends.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple departments and geographies.
• Certifications (Optional): Agile, PMP, or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
