Description du poste : Job Description:What we’re looking forYou are an established Senior People and Culture Business Partner who thrives under pressure, is focussed on achieving results in innovative, dynamic, fast-paced organisation, using strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
- A Degree in Human Resource
- Demonstrate experience managing all related HR Activities including end to end support to a diverse portfolio of operational business units in a shutdown/project environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate HR objectives into day-to-day operational deliverables
- Proficiency in providing general HR and IR advice, support, and guidance in utilising your working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Background in utilities sector or blue collar industry/ union representation experience desirable
- Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation
- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and prioritise stakeholder requests
- Ability to build strong line of business relationships to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork
