Le poste de Senior Planner, Production Planning est centré sur la gestion opérationnelle avec un accent particulier sur le Backend external Subcon (OSAT). Les missions principales incluent :
- Planification et coordination des capacités de production.
- Gestion des matériaux, de l’ingénierie, et de la qualité afin d’optimiser l’exécution des opérations de fabrication.
- Assurance d’une chaîne d’approvisionnement saine.
Responsabilités Clés
Le candidat sélectionné sera également responsable de la gouvernance des Key Performance Indicators (KPI) et des Quarterly OSAT Scores, qui incluront :
- FCST loading Hit Rate.
- Start / Ship Hit Rate vs Scheduling.
- Overstaging (Aged) Lot.
- Door-to-door, in-line 90% CT.
