Description du Rôle
Le poste de Senior Product Developer pour la catégorie Gifting & Hair représente une opportunité clé au sein de l’équipe Cotton On Kids. Vous serez responsable de :
- *Diriger et encadrer l’équipe produit* pour concevoir des produits éthiques et durables.
- *Gérer le rythme opérationnel* quotidien de la catégorie et servir de lien entre les équipes d’achats et de produits.
- *Négocier et gérer les attentes produits* avec les acheteurs et fournisseurs, tout en suivant la production et en respectant les délais.
- *Assurer la conformité* des produits aux standards de qualité, y compris lors des essayages et des revues d’échantillons.
- *Utiliser votre expertise* technique pour innover dans la conception de produits alignés avec la vision de la marque.
Compétences Requises
- Formation : Diplôme dans un domaine pertinent tel que la Mode ou le Textile.
- Expérience : Antécédents en tant que Senior Product Developer avec leadership d’équipe.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des spécifications techniques et des essayages pour l’habillement pour enfants.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Organisation : Compétences solides en gestion de temps et en planification.
- Décision : Capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques pour le succès de la marque.
- Compétences Informatiques : Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d’Illustrator.

And we lead the way-from Australia to the world.ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and solutions focused individual to join our Cotton On Kids team as a Senior Product Developer for our Gifting & Hair category. You will enable our vision by leading and mentoring your Product team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of the category and will be the pivotal link between our Buying and Product teams to ensure that we are delivering quality products that our customers know and love. You will partner with our buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, manage product schedules, contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks. We will look to you to use your expertise in technical fabrication and garment production to deliver on innovative products that align with our vision. If you are passionate about leading a team to deliver on amazing products that make a difference and have a keen interest in sports and athletics, then this could be your new role.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree / qualification in relevant field Production i.e. Fashion, Textiles
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team
- Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings for Childrenswear
- Technical and/or fabric technology background in Childrenswear is highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
- Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator.
