We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team.This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You’ll work across engineering, data science, and operations to shape high-impact products that operate under real-world constraints, in environments where performance, reliability, and clarity are non-negotiable.📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Customer Discovery: Drive continuous user research and translate findings into clear product decisions.
- Documentation & Communication: Keep stakeholders informed with clear roadmaps, product briefs, and release scope.
- Own Data and AI roadmap: Ensure data quality, model integration, and learning loops that power intelligent features. Incorporate feedback from field operations and combat pilots into AI-powered features.
- Metrics & Outcomes: Define success criteria and measure performance across product, system, and user-level outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead across disciplines to ensure product delivery aligns with user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Managing backlog: Manage and prioritize the product backlog by aligning with business goals, resolving cross-team dependencies, and ensuring clarity and readiness of items for smooth delivery.
📌 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably with complex systems, data platforms, or AI-enabled products.
- Product Thinking: Track record of transforming ambiguous challenges into clear, impactful product solutions.
- Strong Technical Fluency: Demonstrated ability to engage deeply and effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Structured Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to converting ambiguity into product clarity.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to align diverse teams and manage competing priorities.
- Deep Ownership Mindset and High Judgment: High level of accountability and sound decision-making in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
