Description du Poste

En tant que Senior Product Manager au sein de l’équipe de Gestion d’Identité et d’Accès, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions Cloud, contribuant à l’évolution de produits essentiels à la gestion des accès et des identités.

Principales responsabilités :

• Définir et communiquer une vision produit claire, en accord avec les besoins clients et les objectifs commerciaux.
• Collaborer avec des équipes d’ingénierie et de conception pour transformer les exigences produit en livrables.
• Gérer le backlog produit, rédiger des épics et des user stories, et prioriser les fonctionnalités.
• Analyser les tendances du marché et les retours clients pour informer les décisions de produit.
• Agir en tant que voix du client tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.
• Coordonner les activités de mise sur le marché avec les équipes de marketing, de vente et de support.
• Assurer la livraison de produits dans les délais et avec une qualité élevée.
• Définir et suivre les KPIs pour évaluer le succès du produit.

Profil Recherché

Compétences et qualifications :

• Titre universitaire en informatique, en affaires, en ingénierie ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit, avec une solide compréhension des logiciels d’entreprise.
• Expérience démontrée dans la communication avec les clients, la gestion des retours et les ateliers.
• Préférable : expérience dans le domaine des produits SaaS et en gestion des identités et des accès.

Le candidat retenu intégrera une équipe dynamique d’ingénieurs spécialisés dans les applications Cloud de Gestion d’Identité et d’Accès (IAG), avec des bureaux situés à Walldorf (Allemagne), Palo Alto (États-Unis) et Brno (République Tchèque). Le site de Brno se concentre sur des domaines clés tels que les services de mondialisation et l’innovation des applications, soutenant ainsi des milliers de clients SAP actifs.
