Description du poste : We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead our Technology team. You’ll shape strategy, drive end-to-end product development, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact features that empower millions.
- Own the full product lifecycle-from concept, research, and design to launch, iteration, and improvement.
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for products in Origination, Payments, or Lending.
- Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to drive sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Align stakeholders and ensure transparency on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital/tech-driven companies, ideally in fintech, payments, or lending.
- Strong technical or engineering background preferred.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving mindset; strategy consulting experience is a plus.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity.
- Skilled in crafting exceptional digital experiences and communicating effectively in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Scrum/Agile certifications are a plus.
