ICEYE recherche un Senior Program Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de livraison de programmes de missions satellites. Cette fonction essentielle nécessite un fort leadership et la capacité de collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir que les objectifs du programme s’alignent sur les buts commerciaux de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

Le Senior Program Manager sera chargé de :

  • Diriger 1 à 2 projets pour assurer la livraison de programmes satellites aux clients.
  • Établir et maintenir une relation efficace avec les clients en tant que principal responsable de programme.
  • Définir les objectifs, les délais et les critères de succès du programme en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
  • Développer des plans de programme, des budgets, et assurer une allocation efficace des ressources.
  • Diriger des équipes de programme performantes, en fournissant direction, orientation et soutien.
  • Coopérer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir le succès du programme.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de programme.
  • Identifier et évaluer les risques, et anticiper les problèmes pouvant affecter les délais ou la qualité du programme.
  • Faciliter les escalades de problèmes et établir une communication fluide entre tous les membres de l’équipe.

Qualifications Requises

Le candidat idéal doit posséder :

  • Une expérience avérée dans la gestion de contrats et de programmes militaires d’une valeur supérieure à 5 millions EUR.
  • Une expérience au sein de grandes entreprises telles que Thales ou Airbus.
  • Un diplôme en ingénierie, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Entre 5 et 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets ou programmes complexes.
  • Des compétences solides en gestion d’équipe et en communication.
  • La capacité à inspirer et motiver les membres de l’équipe.
  • Une maîtrise native du finnois.

Qualifications Préférées

Des compétences supplémentaires qui seraient bénéfiques :

  • Connaissance des technologies SAR et des programmes de télédétection.
  • Expérience dans des projets de satellite ou des systèmes complexes.
  • Un diplôme de niveau master en ingénierie ou en affaires.
  • Certifications en gestion de projet (PMP, PgMP).

ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority.About the role?To support the company’s growth, we are looking for a Program Manager to join our global Satellite Missions program delivery team based in Finland to deliver a satellite mission program.This role will be responsible for managing the customer interface and overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of the program activities assigned to them from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product management, engineering, operations, etc.) to ensure the effective coordination and alignment of program objectives with business goals.The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and challenging requirements.The role will be based in Finland [Espoo] and will require either someone who is already based in Finland or willing to relocate to Finland.Responsibilities

  • Lead 1-2 projects (s) to enable the delivery of the Satellite Mission program to a customer
  • Developing and maintaining an effective customer relationship as the principal program manager in country
  • Establish program goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Build and lead high-performing program teams in an internal matrix organization and/or with external agencies, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success and satisfy reporting requirements (e.g. financial)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Identify and assess program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities. Proactively anticipate and address issues that may impact program timelines, budget, or quality.
  • Facilitate and remedy customer escalations of issues and complaints
  • Establish effective reporting structure and communication channels and mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

  • Proven experience of contract management delivery
  • Experience in delivering military programs to the value of 5m EUR + to Government and MOD contracts
  • Experience of working within one of the Big Primes, such as Thales, Leonardo, BEAS and Airbus
  • Finnish speaker to a native level
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of successful delivery of large programs involving complex systems and technology (e.g., Space, IT, telecom, defence, aerospace, automotive, automation, etc.)
  • Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven customer management skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a project team and communicate effectively with both customers and company stakeholders
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Excellent knowledge of program management processes, tools and techniques
  • Able to work in a fast paced business that is redefining the norms of program delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • knowledge about EO & SAR and/or experience with remote sensing programs and products
  • Experience of working with satellite projects, or experience of working with a similar technology projects
  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience from product development within a complex system
  • Knowledge of physics, hardware and/or software design
  • Track record in change management
  • Knowledge and experience with embedded systems
  • Project or program management for governmental buyers of technology
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) etc.
