Mission du Poste
Le Senior Project Engineer prendra en charge des projets de petite à moyenne envergure, en mettant en œuvre compétences scientifiques, techniques et d’ingénierie pour mener à bien sa mission. Ce rôle requiert une autonomie significative et une forte capacité d’analyse.
Responsabilités Principales
- Gestion de Projets: Stratégiser et exécuter des projets en respectant délais et budgets, tout en collaborant avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes.
- Évaluation Économique: Conduire des analyses de faisabilité et d’évaluation financière, garantissant l’alignement avec les objectifs d’affaires.
- Innovations Techniques: Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes et des processus innovants en s’appuyant sur des théories d’ingénierie avancées.
- Supervision des Expériences: Réalisations d’expérimentations complexes, collecte et analyse de données, tout en communiquant les résultats aux parties prenantes.
Qualifications et Expériences
- Formation: Diplôme en Ingénierie, Science, Fabrication ou domaine technique connexe.
- Expérience: Au moins 4 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec une compréhension approfondie des concepts techniques et des pratiques de gestion de projet.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles: Capacité à engager des dialogues constructifs avec des groupes variés, tout en maintenant des relations productives.
- Expérience Préférée: Contexte dans les dispositifs médicaux, pharmaceutiques, ou industries régulées considéré comme un atout.
