They are committed to delivering innovative services and creating memorable experiences for their customers, ensuring every journey is extraordinary.Project DetailsIn this role, you will take ownership of automated testing strategies, explore your leadership skills, and drive the implementation of best practices to ensure product quality.ResponsibilitiesHelp lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright and other modern tools.Define and implement testing strategies for new features and products.Establish and enforce testing best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback.Analyze test results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.Drive test automation efforts and advocate for continuous quality improvement.Evaluate and recommend new tools and approaches to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements6+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years focused on automated testing.Proven experience leading QA teams or mentoring junior engineers.Strong proficiency with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.).Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with test reporting tools and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).Knowledge of API testing frameworks and principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Great communication and leadership skills.Advanced English.
