• Le secteur Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) dessert plus de 11 millions de clients dans certains des marchés à la croissance la plus rapide au monde. Ce secteur couvre un large éventail de clients, des particuliers aux clients fortunés, assurés par notre Banque Privée.
• Nous utilisons des canaux bancaires numériques couplés à une approche humaine pour offrir des produits et services différenciés, tels que des dépôts, des paiements, du financement, ainsi que des conseils personnalisés.
• Nous soutenons également les petites entreprises dans leurs besoins bancaires.

Responsabilités Clés

• Fournir des expériences client exceptionnelles.
• Organiser et suivre les leads, achever et enregistrer les rendez-vous, et traiter les demandes des clients.
• Assister nos clients tout au long de leur parcours professionnel et personnel afin de répondre à leurs besoins financiers.
• Établir des relations à long terme et comprendre les besoins financiers des clients pour les aider à gérer et protéger leur patrimoine.
• Rester informé des tendances du marché, des nouveaux produits et des dernières campagnes.

Compétences et Expérience Requises

• Connaissances bancaires et expérience en vente.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en construction de relations.
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux produits et services.
• Connaissance du marché et capacité de benchmarking.
• Capacité à travailler de manière flexible et agile.
• Qualités requises : créativité, réactivité, confiance et sens de l’intégrité.
• Aime travailler dans un environnement international et en équipe.
• Esprit d’initiative visant à identifier des opportunités.

• As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank’s strategic objectives. You’ll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

About Wealth and Retail Banking

• Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.

• Provide outstanding client experiences.
• Organised, follow-up leads, complete and record appointments, close customer requests
• Support our clients to meet their financial needs, as they progress through their career and life-stages.
