Description du poste : We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Greater China. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the domestic appliances market, and the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of account manager / sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Greater China region.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, operation and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Manage Online and Offline Channels: Oversee the performance and strategy for both online and offline sales channels, including e-commerce platforms (i.e. Momo, Tmall & JD), retail stores, and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute sales plans for each channel to maximize reach and revenue.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimize online sales and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the domestic appliances or household products industry with mixed distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
