Description du poste : Job summaryOur client is one of biggest company in Agriculture industry, looking for who could search and wide customer networks, ensure sustainable business development for port in mid & long term.Job Responsibilities1. Exploring New Customers and Markets

• Identify and develop new business prospects within the designated area.
• Investigate emerging markets while nurturing current client connections.
• Compile and present reports on potential customers.

2. Managing Export Sales

• Make routine visits to existing and potential clients.
• Assess market trends to shape competitive pricing models.
• Offer technical support to help customers meet their needs and boost sales performance in export regions.

3. Meeting Sales Objectives

• Organize daily tasks in alignment with the sales strategy.
• Establish and manage a reliable sales and distribution process to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction with pricing and service.
• Schedule client meetings and provide product recommendations to build strong client relationships.

4. Reporting Duties

• Submit Customer Cards and Weekly Reports punctually, suggesting changes to meet objectives.
• Complete all necessary sales documentation (daily and weekly) and respond proactively to customer concerns.

5. Strengthening Customer Relationships

• Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to reinforce the company’s reputation in the marketplace.

6. Monitoring Market and Competitor Activity

• Keep an eye on competitor actions and gather feedback on Interflour Vietnam’s offerings to aid in business planning.
• Tackle market challenges head-on.

7. Internal Communication

• Communicate clearly, efficiently, and on time with team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

8. Team Collaboration and Coordination

• Ensure consistent and effective communication across key departments such as Sales Administration, Logistics, Technical Service, Production, and QA-QC to support overall success.

Experience requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in English
• Strong skills in communication, self-motivation, initiative, and planning
