Présentation du Poste

Le rôle de Senior Sales Specialist au sein de Dow Consumer Solution (DCS) s’inscrit dans une dynamique de croissance rapide sur le marché coréen des solutions électroniques automobiles. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d’explorer des opportunités au sein d’un environnement technologique en mutation et de développer des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.

Responsabilités

Les missions principales incluent :

  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des clients.
  • Maintenir et élargir le portefeuille de comptes ainsi que la présence de Dow dans la région.
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients pour optimiser la part de marché.
  • Explorer des opportunités de développement de nouveaux produits.
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients à différents niveaux de leur organisation.
  • Exécuter les plans de vente et de marketing, en collaboration avec d’autres fonctions.
  • Réaliser des prévisions de vente en coordination avec les lignes de produits.
  • Collecter des données de marché pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Gérer les négociations et établir des stratégies tarifaires conformes aux objectifs commerciaux.
  • Collaborer avec diverses fonctions pour améliorer l’expérience client.

Qualifications Requises

Pour postuler à ce poste, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Diplôme de niveau bachelor requis.
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ventes B2B, idéalement dans l’industrie automobile.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.

Our vast technical resources deliver on current and future needs through application expertise and innovation aligned to 6 core competencies.About you and this roleWe are looking for a Sr, Sales Specialist with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, dedication, and communication skills. The position will be responsible of Market and Accounts in Korea who are growing rapidly under disruptive technological changes. In this role you will have the responsibility to support the growth of the Consumer Solution M&T which generates new opportunities through exploring key customers and revitalizing the assets which brings significant opportunities as deceptive market changes to enable growth and addressable market expansion.You will coordinate across all functions, including sales, Marketing, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management as well as with peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams in the other regions.To maximize asset utilization, responsible for Forecast accuracy by working with Customers/ Distributors to enhance Dow’s capabilities to meet with frustrated demand under dynamic environment. Portfolio management about growth opportunities for short to mi-long term through CRM with aligning local and global strategies.Dow provide Inclusive Culture which encourage participation ERG (Employee Resource Group) across business to adopt with Dow’s global culture.Responsibilities

  • Seeking new Opportunities at new customers/application directly.
  • Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
  • Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
  • Search new product development opportunities within the market.
  • Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
  • Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
  • Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Product Lines and Supply Chain.
  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
  • Leads and conducts negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations, and Dow sales processes.
  • Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5-10 years of working experiences as B2B sales/account manager in automotive industry, experience in the automotive electronics industry can be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
