Votre Rôle et Responsabilités
Le rôle de Senior Financial Analyst – Consumer Products & Strategic Finance implique des responsabilités variées et stratégiques. Vous serez amené à :
- Préparer les prévisions financières pour les réunions des studios et pour les rapports de fin de mois, en veillant à la précision et à la pertinence des données.
- Réconcilier les performances financières en comparant les résultats réels aux prévisions et aux budgets, tout en fournissant une analyse des écarts.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de FP&A pour élaborer des budgets et des plans à long terme, ainsi que pour évaluer l’impact financier des décisions stratégiques.
- Gérer des analyses ad hoc et des demandes de données, en générant des informations utiles pour des décisions éclairées.
- Établir des relations solides avec des partenaires commerciaux pour assurer un flux d’informations efficace.
Qualifications Requises
Pour ce poste, WBD recherche des candidats qui possèdent les qualifications suivantes :
- Au moins 4 ans d’expérience en matière de prévisions et d’analyses financières.
- Compétences avancées en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Maîtrise d’Excel et des techniques d’analyse de données, avec une expérience démontrée en modélisation financière.
- Un esprit critique et des compétences en résolution de problèmes, couplés à la capacité de communiquer clairement les résultats.
- Un diplôme en finance ou en comptabilité est requis.

Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role…The Senior Financial Analyst – Consumer Products & Strategic Finance will be responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and analysis for Warner Bros. Discovery Studios, working with business finance counterparts to gather inputs and understand drivers. You will develop deep competencies in this area, providing business and finance stakeholders the required information for decision making.Your Role Accountabilities…Prepare preliminary forecasts for studio meetings and month end reporting.Reconcile actuals vs prior forecast/budget/prior year and provide variance analysis to explain performance.Work with studio FP&A to develop and budget and long-range plans.Work with studio FP&A to evaluate financial impact of potential strategy decisions.Manage Ad Hoc analysis and financial data requests as needed, generating insights.Demonstrate and maintain high standards of accountability to deliver superior quality financial information on timely basis to business FP&A.Build strong relationships with business partner FP&A teams to enable the flow of information and knowledge sharing.Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate forecasting and analysis.Drive process simplification initiatives. Collaborate across boundaries and share best practices with other FP&A teams.Participate in meetings with business finance partners to understand forecast drivers and present prepared forecast and analysis data.Qualifications & Experience…At least 4 years’ experience in forecasting and analysis.Strong English verbal and written communication skillsStrong proficiency in excel and other data analysis techniques.
