À propos du poste
Le poste de (Senior) Downstream Scientist au sein du département Early-Stage Process Development est crucial pour transformer des concepts de médicaments en traitements disponibles pour les patients. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion de projets multiples
- Interactions avec les clients
- Planification et rapport d’expérimentations
Les technologies utilisées comprennent :
- Clarification/Centrifugation
- Chromatographie
- Ultrafiltration
- Développement de formulations
Équipe et Environnement de Travail
Le département est composé de trois équipes interdisciplinaires, favorisant une collaboration étroite entre différentes disciplines techniques. Les candidats devront démontrer une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, avec un esprit d’équipe et une aptitude à s’adapter aux incertitudes.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un doctorat en biologie moléculaire, chimie des protéines ou un domaine scientifique connexe
- Une expérience dans des méthodes de purification de protéines
- Une familiarité avec le travail en environnement cGMP, considérée comme un plus
- Un bon niveau d’anglais (écrit et oral)
- Des compétences en collaboration et communication
Un esprit proactif et la capacité à travailler de manière autonome sont essentiels. Les candidats doivent être à l’aise avec un rythme de travail rapide et faire preuve d’une attitude positive.

Your primary tasks will include leading multiple projects, customer interaction, and planning, supporting and reporting experiments using the following technologies:Clarification/CentrifugationChromatographyUltrafiltrationFormulation developmentAbout the Department & TeamThe Early-Stage Process Development Department plays a crucial role in bringing new drugs from concepts to patients, with projects ranging from early pre-clinical development through clinical studies. The department is responsible for cell line development and early-stage process development. The department is composed by three interdisciplinary teams. You will be part of a group of highly dedicated technicians and scientists collaborating on the development and optimization of processes. The teams are driving the projects, and you will experience close collaboration within the team between different technical disciplines. We collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Analytical Method Development, Process Transfer, and Manufacturing. You will experience a dynamic and flexible workplace with many opportunities to both contribute and develop.Your QualificationsPhD in Molecular Biology, Protein Chemistry, or related scientific/technical background.Experience in protein purification methods.Background in development laboratories or pilot-scale production.Familiarity with working in a cGMP environment is considered a plus.Experience or interest in analytical methods such as UV/VIS Spectrophotometry, HPLC, and CE SDS-PAGE.Customer mindset.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.A positive mindset with flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and responsibilities.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to uncertainties.On a personal level, we expect you to be a high-performing team player and to be ambitious on behalf of yourself and the company.
