À propos du Poste
Le poste proposé est celui de Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning au sein de l’équipe AIXON. Cette équipe d’élite utilise des technologies de machine learning (ML) avancées pour relever des défis marketing concrets en intégrant des données clients omnicanales à grande échelle.
Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme un pont essentiel entre la recherche de pointe et le déploiement de solutions opérationnelles. Vous serez en charge de la conception, de la construction et de l’optimisation d’une infrastructure ML évolutive et performante, incluant des pipelines de données, des API, des systèmes de monitoring et l’orchestration des workflows.
Responsabilités Clés
- Architecturer et opérer des cadres d’exécution de jobs ML résilients, englobant l’entraînement, l’inférence et les workflows de post-traitement.
- Développer et maintenir des services API et des outils pour orchestrer des workflows ML sur Kubernetes, en utilisant des technologies comme Argo Workflows, Helm et Terraform.
- Créer des pipelines batch scalables avec Apache Spark pour soutenir l’entraînement et l’évaluation de modèles ML à grande échelle.
- Concevoir et maintenir des infrastructures de données robustes avec Trino, Databricks et d’autres technologies modernes de bases de données, surveillées par Prometheus et Grafana.
- Collaborer avec les scientifiques ML pour transformer des prototypes de recherche en produits IA fiables et scalables.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme en informatique, ingénierie ou un domaine technique équivalent (un Master est préféré).
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience concrète en ingénierie de plateforme ML, MLOps ou infrastructures de données.
- Une maîtrise experte en Python, Java ou Go, avec une bonne compréhension des structures de données et de la conception d’algorithmes.
- Une expérience approfondie des environnements Cloud (AWS ou GCP) et de la gestion des services cloud.
- Une expertise dans la gestion des conteneurs Docker et des clusters Kubernetes.
Compétences Additionnelles
- Une compréhension solide du cycle de vie du ML, allant de l’entraînement à la prédiction.
- Une familiarité avec les environnements de développement basés sur Linux et les workflows Git.
- Une passion pour l’apprentissage continu et l’innovation, en utilisant des outils de développement alimentés par IA comme GitHub Copilot et ChatGPT.
