En tant que Senior Software Engineer, vous intégrerez une équipe dédiée au développement de
plateformes de trading sportif. Cette équipe conçoit et gère des systèmes à la pointe de la technologie,
responsables de la gestion des paris pour plus de 14 millions de clients mensuels à travers le monde.
Les Responsabilités
Votre rôle inclura les tâches suivantes :
- Conception et développement d’applications de trading en C#
- Application des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie
- Écriture de code optimisé et multi-threadé
- Compréhension du contexte d’affaires lors de l’architecture des solutions
- Encadrement des membres plus juniors de l’équipe
- Leadership dans la construction et le maintien de la culture et des valeurs de l’équipe
- Soutien à un large éventail d’applications de production
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra apporter les compétences suivantes :
- Maîtrise du développement de logiciels performants et scalables
- Expérience en programmation parallèle en C#
- Connaissance de .Net Core
- Compréhension des motifs de conception
- Expérience avec les systèmes de déploiement production automatisés
- Connaissance des files de messages (Pulsar, Kafka)
- Développement de systèmes distribués
- Expérience en tests automatisés
- Familiarité avec les mathématiques, la théorie des probabilités et la modélisation

This team is responsible for designing, developing, and running market leading sports trading platforms for the world’s largest online betting company.As a member of the Flutter Group, we power sports betting for more than 20 in-house brands and B2B customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year around the globe. The successful candidate will contribute to a team of outstanding engineers, passionate about delivering against product and technology strategies.Our expert team of .Net developers work closely with our team of quantitative analysts and traders to solve complex modelling problems. This includes simulating full sporting events using cutting-edge data science techniques and doing so thousands of times in milliseconds.We build large-scale, parallel, high throughput pricing systems that calculate thousands of odds across different sporting events for our customers around the globe. We are currently looking to grow this team with experienced Software Engineers who are as excited about this stuff as we are. This is a rewarding role for a developer focused on performant back-end systems.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and develop trading applications in C#
- Use industry best practices
- Write highly optimised, multi-threaded code
- Understand the broader business context when architecting solutions
- Mentor more junior team members
- Take a lead role in building and maintaining team culture and values
- Support a wide range of production applications
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency developing and fine-tuning performance-critical software that scales
- Parallel programming in C#: synchronisation, TPL, multithreading and async/await
- Experience with .Net Core
- Solid understanding of design patterns
- Exposure to build pipelines and automated production deployment systems
- Experience with message queues: Pulsar, Kafka
- Practice developing distributed systems
- Experience with automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with math, probability theory, statistics, and modelling
