Responsabilités Principales
- Collaboration avec les Clients : Travailler directement avec les clients pour accélérer leurs résultats commerciaux et recommander des architectures cloud adaptées à leurs besoins.
- Discussions Techniques : Animer des discussions techniques profondes pour résoudre des problèmes complexes, en utilisant votre expertise pour créer des architectures cloud évolutives.
- Gestion des Engagements : Gérer les engagements avec les clients, en veillant à des objectifs clairs et des critères de succès définis.
- Rôle de Leader de Pensée : Partager des meilleures pratiques par le biais d’événements, de publications et d’ateliers.
- Influence sur le Produit : Recueillir les retours des clients pour influencer la feuille de route des fonctionnalités et des services AWS.
Profil Idéal
Qualifications de Base :
- 8+ ans d’expérience dans des domaines technologiques spécifiques (développement logiciel, cloud computing, ingénierie des systèmes, etc.).
- 3+ ans d’expérience dans la conception, l’implémentation ou le conseil en applications et infrastructures.
- 10+ ans d’expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de l’IT.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Expérience dans la migration de solutions existantes vers le cloud.
- Expérience en architecte ou exploitation de solutions sur AWS.
- Interaction avec des communautés d’utilisateurs ou de développeurs.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilities
– Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures in line with their long-term business needs.
– Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical problems and use your knowledge to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
– Scope and own customer engagements, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
– Define and execute on the strategy by engaging highly technical teams (Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, AWS professional services consultants and consulting/managed services partners).
– Act as a thought leader in the wider community, playing a key role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
– Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the AWS platform. Proactively work within the organization to influence the evolution of the platform.A day in the life
