Description du Poste

Le poste de Senior Solution Engineer au sein de l’équipe Application and Platform Services est une occasion unique d’avoir une influence sur l’avenir des paiements numériques. Ce rôle est centré sur l’intégration de solutions de pointe telles que Click to Pay, Network Tokenization, et Visa Payment Passkeys. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une solide compréhension de l’e-commerce, des applications bancaires et des solutions d’authentification, ainsi qu’une capacité d’adaptation rapide aux besoins des clients.

Responsabilités Clés

Le candidat sélectionné aura pour mission de :

Collaborer avec les équipes sales et produits numériques pour définir et gérer la stratégie client.
Suivre les progrès des projets et communiquer avec les parties prenantes régionales et mondiales.
Identifiant les clients pour des projets pilotes et coordonner les mises en œuvre.
Aider à la conception et à l’implémentation des solutions, en assurant un soutien continu.
Créer et maintenir les documents commerciaux et les meilleures pratiques pour le marché.
Documenter les spécificités produits globales et régionales pour un accès facilité.
Approuver les demandes de contrat et faciliter l’intégration des clients dans le programme Visa Ready.
Finaliser l’approbation des solutions avant le déploiement général.

Cette fonction requiert également la capacité de travailler avec des équipes distantes pour favoriser la performance et l’innovation.

Informations sur le Poste

Ce poste est hybride, offrant une certaine flexibilité entre le travail à distance et au bureau. Les employés sont attendus au bureau pour 2 à 3 jours par semaine selon les besoins de l’entreprise.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :

Diplôme en Informatique ou en Ingénierie.
Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans la conception de solutions au sein des secteurs de la banque de détail, des technologies de paiement ou du commerce électronique.
Connaissances en intégration de solutions techniques pour les banques et les sites de commerce électronique.
Compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Une expérience avec les API, l’intégration de SDK et le développement d’applications mobiles/web est un avantage.
Maîtrise de l’anglais souhaitée.

These innovative solutions will shape the future of digital payments over the next 5-10 years globally, including in the CEMEA region.The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ecommerce, banking apps, authentication solutions like passkeys and be able to quickly comprehend the client’s current implementations, such as merchant checkout and issuer apps. They will be responsible for collaborating with clients to integrate Visa products into the clients’ existing applications, workflows, and processes. Additionally, they will lead and manage the entire solution approval process for the implementation of these Visa products.Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will collaborate with the subregional Digital Products, Sales, and other x-functinal teams to:

Define and manage the client pipeline and go to market planning,
Manage tracking of progress and reporting to both regional and global stakeholders
Identify clients for piloting new products and solutions and working with the correct stakeholders both regional and global to take pilots live.
Discuss and engage clients on new solutions and work with them on prioritization of the solutions.
Engage internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and make the end to end delivery process as smooth as possible.
Handhold clients from solution design to implementation to go live.
Maintain and keep up to date all sales collaterals (sales decks, FAQ documents, case studies, dashboards, etc).
Work on creating best practices and learnings for market teams
Document global and regional product nuances for easy consumption by both external and internal stakeholders
Approve contract requests and onboard and enable clients in Visa Ready
Identify clients in the sales pipeline who are ready to begin project implementation to define the ideal UI/UX for various Visa Digital products.
Providing final approval and signoff on the solution (including UI/UX) before the client can go live.

Working with remote teams, the candidate will foster performance, knowledge, and culture, and develop thought leadership on payment processing options. A deep understanding of Visa’s capabilities and existing payments infrastructure will aid ideation and problem-solving.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsQualifications

Possess an Engineering or Computer Science degree.
10+ years of experience in solution design in retail banking, payments technology, mobile wallets, or eCommerce industries.
Experience in technical solution delivery for banks, ecommerce sites, and/or fintechs.
Ability to integrate business and commercialization aspects with technical skills.
Skilled in translating client needs into product requirements and adapting existing products to meet market needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with APIs, SDK integration, mobile/web application development, RTP payment architecture, and Open Banking will be a big plus.
MS PowerPoint and presentation skills a big plus.
English language proficiency
