Responsabilités Principales

Le Senior Sourcing Lead aura pour mission de :

• Diriger des accords d’approvisionnement complexes, comprenant des appels d’offres en plusieurs étapes et des négociations commerciales et légales.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’approvisionnement qui répondent aux objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise.
• Effectuer des analyses de marché approfondies pour identifier, évaluer des fournisseurs potentiels et négocier des contrats bénéfiques.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles afin de repérer des opportunités d’approvisionnement et de mettre en place des initiatives de réduction des coûts.
• Assurer la conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise, aux procédures et aux réglementations locales.

Analyse des Données
Une composante essentielle de ce rôle consiste à analyser les données d’approvisionnement pour identifier les tendances et les risques, ainsi que pour proposer des améliorations pertinentes.

Profil Recherché

Qualifications Déterminantes :

• Baccalauréat ou diplôme supérieur en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, administration des affaires, droit, finance ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience avérée dans la gestion des achats dans plusieurs régions.
• Maîtrise des principes de l’approvisionnement et des meilleures pratiques.

Compétences Techniques :

• Compétences démontrées en négociation, rédaction et gestion de contrats.
• Connaissance approfondie des outils d’approvisionnement, tel qu’Ariba Sourcing.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

📝 Description du poste : IntroductionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sourcing Lead to join our Global Strategic Sourcing team which supports IBM in over 80 countries. This position will be responsible for leading and executing complex deals and coordinating regional requirements for various indirect categories, across time zones and geographies.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding one or more indirect categories with a proven track record in procurement, and excellent negotiation skills.Your role and responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing deals, including multi-stage bids, commercial and legal negotiations, contract implementation
• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tools.

Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDPreferred educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in supply chain management, business administration, law, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sourcing, in one or more indirect categories
• Experience working in multiple regions and managing procurement in different countries and through remote teams
• Ability to support sourcing activities across geographies, with flexibility of working hours
• Multi-company/sector experiences
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
• Demonstrated skills in utilizing data to analyze cost modeling scenarios and make sourcing recommendations
• Proven negotiation and contract drafting, analysis and management skills.
• Proficiency in Ariba Sourcing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, understanding of cost levers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and networks both within and outside the organization
• Fluency in English. One additional major European language is a plus.
