• In this role you will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in the Configuration Mgmt. Process and Config. Mgmt. System (CMS) domain
• You will ensure the successful tracking of all IT Services and their configurations within the CMS throughout their lifecycle
• In addition you will partner with the key IT stakeholders from different regions, countries and cultures and support technical teams to ensure Configuration Mgmt. processes, policies and procedures are well understood, effective and operating within defined controls
• You are the CMS tool and solution- & data-architect for Extract, Transfer Load (ETL) procedures and related topics using the UCMDB and Universal Discovery toolset. Your expert knowledge of these toolsets would be preferable
• Further, you will develop the existing CMDB tool landscape and drive data automation
• You will act as the focal point for all Linde Configuration Management Process and CMS related topics. For time bound topics and critical situations need to ensure availability beyond office hours and on-call support
• You will ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing and continuously improving appropriate procedures, audits and KPI’s
• Moreover, you need to ensure the integrity and operational performance of the CMS
• Also, you need to provide consultancy to other IS teams across different regions, countries and cultures on functional as well as technical aspect of CMS

• You need to have service Management Process know-how & strong hands-on experience applicable to the own subject area
• You need to have coordination skills to work with multiple teams across different locations and cultures
• Capability to discuss services holistically with technical service owners and drill down to the component level to ensure that all the right information is captured
• You need to have quality Assurance affinity combined with Data analysis, processing and controlling skills, also good planning and organizational skills
• You need to have training and coaching skills, ability to work with other teams and strong technical and non-technical communication skills both written and spoken
• You need to have academic degree in IT, Business Informatics & Administration or professional IT track
• You need to have 5 – 7 years of experience in the IT Service Mgmt. area, ideally in the Config. Mgmt. /CMDB. Change Mgmt. Incident-, Problem Mgmt. and/or Release Mgmt. area and/or as Solution Architect at Senior Level
• You need to have at least ITIL intermediate certification
• Also you need to have proven track to work in an international and cross-cultural environment
• Sound technical knowledge in the Infrastructure and Application domain (Network, Server architectures, Citrix, Databases (SQL/Oracle), SAP)
• You need to have experience with OpenText SMAX/ UCMDB and Discovery
• If you have a project Management, Agile PM experience it is a plus
