Responsabilités
Le Senior Specialist sera en charge des opérations de Talent Management et Learning (TM&L) au sein de la nouvelle usine de Valencia, sous la supervision du Manager, HR Solutions TM&L. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Collaboration étroite : Travailler avec l’équipe de direction des RH pour identifier les besoins en gestion des talents et développement.
- Partenariats globaux : Coopérer avec le centre d’expertise TM&L pour la mise en œuvre de divers programmes et leur stratégie de livraison.
- Gestion des formations : Administrer et planifier le calendrier de formation de l’usine, tout en facilitant les formations et en évaluant le feedback.
- Analyse et suivi : Surveiller, interpréter et aligner les métriques selon la stratégie de développement des talents.
- Amélioration continue : Identifier des opportunités pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et développer la stratégie de formation.
Exigences
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Niveau d’éducation : Diplôme de Bachelor dans un domaine lié, avec plus de 5 ans d’expérience en Ressources Humaines.
- Expertise : Maîtrise des domaines de gestion des talents et développement de l’apprentissage.
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes en présentation et communication en anglais et en espagnol.

Our new facility in Moncada will welcome up to 1,500 dedicated team members by 2029 across manufacturing, engineering, and several other professional career paths. Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.The role:The Senior Specialist is responsible for overall Talent Management and Learning (TM&L) operations in Edwards Lifesciences Valencia plant. The role reports to Manager, HR Solutions TM&L.How you will make an Impact:
- Partner with the HR and Leadership team to identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs.
- Partner closely with global TM&L center of expertise on various programs and initiatives and their delivery strategy.
- Delivery of the site talent development strategy and roll-out of global programs.
- Planning and administration of the plant training calendar, incl. managing training records, regular training facilitation and continuous feedback evaluation.
- Ownership and management of any training grant processes, education assistance process and support delivery and continuous development of the onsite development programs.
- Support yearly performance management processes, employee engagement surveys.
- Monitoring, tracking and interpreting metrics to align with talent development strategy.
- Find opportunities to streamline and increase operational efficiencies, and to continually develop the training strategy to continuously ensure operational excellence and an excellent employee experience.
- Engage with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review training services, and ensure that third-party vendors adhere to established service level agreements, invoicing.
- Ad-hoc project work.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources
- HR and Talent Management and Learning Development domain expertise
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish required
