Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- B2B Sales: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new B2B leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects. Leverage CRM data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted marketing strategies.
- B2B Outbound Marketing: Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to potential B2B customers. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach & etc.,, to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- B2B Inbound Marketing: Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert qualified leads. Create compelling content, such as whitepapers, and case studies, to educate and engage B2B prospects and utilize lead generation tactics, like lead magnets & etc., to improve customer base.

Provide support in formulating the 12-month Sales Strategy for the country, contributing to the Business Planning process by pinpointing key areas of growth/decline and potential opportunities. * Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Take ownership of projects, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Job Requirement (About You):
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an B2B, eCommerce and Digital Marketing space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
