/ /5 травня 2025Senior System AnalystКиїв, Харків, Львів, ДніпроWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating system processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technical solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality systems that meet business needs.Hard Skills:

• Understanding of Distributed Tracing (OpenTelemetry) or readiness to quickly learn the concepts
• API: solid understanding, ability to work with documentation (read/write) & use API-testing tools
• Understanding of AWS Cloud + Kubernetes (to be in context of discussions and able to assist devs/devOps with documentation)
• Requirements management (e2e)
• Creating AC, DoD, advising on test-scenarios to validate changes
• Good at non-functional requirements (will need to be in context of -ility discussions, starting from Observability)
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to document software requirements and architectures (technical, business-processes, data modeling)
• In-depth understanding of SDLC
• Experience in Manufacturing and or Biopharma domain

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, English C1 (B2 bare minimum)
• Ability to present and explain software requirements to different stakeholders
• Work in multi-team environment (able to coordinate team’s efforts where multiple teams are dependent on each other)
• Do align on the availability times. The client teams are in PST(!), and there will be a lot of collaboration with them.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedule with stakeholders.
• Analytical skills

BETTER HAVE:

• PostgreSQL(or relational DBs)
• Python, C#, Node JS – (code reading)

AS A PLUS:

• Familiar with Kafka, Rabbit MQ
