Our mission is to shape the future by building on our traditions and continuously working on innovative solutions.We are looking for a Senior System Analyst who is the vital link between information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of Retail Lending Origination and Workflow solution features.We count on you in these tasks:
- Support Product Owners and business analysts in defining business requirements; ensure business requirements are captured correctly and completely
- Challenge current business processes in order to surface overall improvement points
- Design and optionally build retail lending processes based on BPMN 2.0
- Design user interfaces for the abovementioned processes for both generated and custom screens
- Define business rules and validations via DMN files or via MVEL, or using other supported scripting languages
- Optionally contribute to design and maintenance of data models of the Retail Lending solution
- Communicate key insights and findings to engineering and development team
- Perform quality assurance and constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to development team
- Ensures alignment on integrations, design and create integration connectors in a visual manner
You are welcome to apply if you have
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis, preferably 6+ years
- Proven experience in obtaining requirements including test definitions
- Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Degree in IT / Computer Science and/or Finance/Banking or relevant field
- A good command of English (written and oral) is essential, any CEE language is an advantage.
