Responsabilités Clés
- Diriger le processus global de recrutement, en collaborant sur les détails des demandes d’emploi et en élaborant des stratégies de recrutement.
- Créer des annonces d’emploi conformes à l’image de marque de l’entreprise, en incluant les informations appropriées pour les publications en ligne.
- Proactivement sourcer des candidats talentueux et diversifiés via des méthodes créatives.
- Établir des partenariats consultatifs avec les parties prenantes internes et externes impliquées dans le processus de recrutement.
- Supporter et former les membres juniors de l’équipe afin de garantir une compréhension complète des processus de recrutement.
- Gérer les activités liées aux carrières précoces, telles que les stages et les placements.
Exigences Essentielles
- Expérience solide dans le recrutement à des niveaux professionnels et supérieurs, de préférence dans un environnement corporate.
- Bonne connaissance du secteur des logiciels ou des disciplines technologiques connexes.
- Compétences administratives efficaces et gestion du temps solides.
- Compétences linguistiques en anglais et en japonais, avec des connaissances en coréen étant un atout.
- Capacité à établir des relations de travail solides avec des leaders d’entreprise et des candidats.
- Méthodique et organisé, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
