The brand have an excellent reputation and a strong network across New Zealand.Now, they’re expanding! They need a senior recruiter with the experience, drive, and network to make it happen. You’ll be joining an already established business with solid client relationships and a leadership team invested in your success.What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow the Technology recruitment division.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients across NZ.
- Leverage your network to source top IT talent.
- Work with an experienced tech recruiter to establish market presence.
- Provide a consultative, high-touch recruitment service to candidates and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT/Technology recruitment in NZ or internationally.
- A strong network of clients and candidates in the tech sector.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, this is not a cold desk but its not hot either.
- Passion for relationship building and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
- A desire to be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and excellence.
