• Démontrer des compétences de leadership pour mener à bien des projets stratégiques.
• Collabore avec des analystes métier pour cerner les besoins en données.
• Concevoir des cadres analytiques pour résoudre des problèmes métiers.
• Explorer et visualiser des ensembles de données pour préparer des solutions.
• Créer des modèles de base de données et concevoir des visualisations à l’aide de Power BI.
• Présenter les résultats aux parties prenantes de manière claire et engageante.

Profil Recherché

Vous êtes idéalement qualifié pour ce poste si vous remplissez les critères suivants :

• Diplôme en informatique, Science des données, Machine Learning, ou domaine quantitatif similaire.
• Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en analyse de données dans un environnement professionnel.
• Expérience pratique avec des modèles de données OLAP sur Snowflake en utilisant Power BI Fabric.
• Compréhension des systèmes opérationnels et des processus de transformation de données.
• Expertise en conception d’architecture BI et en meilleures pratiques d’optimisation des processus.
• Familiarité avec des outils et sources de données tels que Salesforce et Azure DevOps.
• Capacité d’analyse avec une perspective élargie pour collaborer efficacement.
• Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
• Habileté à naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes et à établir des relations collaboratives.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and technical skills for the position of Service Analytics Lead – Mexico Software Development Engineer (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau). You will play a critical role working on cutting edge of Data Engineering and analytics, leveraging predictive models, machine learning and generative AI to drive business insights and facilitating informed decision-making and help Thomson Reuters rapidly scale data-driven initiatives, focusing on our suite of legal research products, including Westlaw, Practical Law, CLEAR, Cocounsel, and other AI-related related platforms.About The Role

• Align with our Service Management Organization on a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure all areas of Legal Service Management (LSM) are illuminated with decision-caliber information.
• Develop an understanding of our TR governance frameworks, an application or service’s current maturity, and local stakeholder needs.
• Apply technical understanding of data/BI, AI/ML, and general analytical skills to help teams focus on the areas of greatest value.
• Effectively communicate across various levels, including Executives, and functions within the global organization
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with ability to drive projects/tasks to delivering value
• Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, and project team to understand the data requirements.
• Design analytical frameworks to provide insights into a business problem.
• Explore and visualize multiple data sets to understand data available and prepare data for problem solving.
• Design database models (if a data mart or operational data store is required to aggregate data for modeling).
• Design visualizations and build dashboards in Power BI. Extract business insights from the data and models.
• Present results to stakeholders (and tell stories using data) using power point and/or dashboards.

About YouYou’re a fit for the Service Analytics Lead – Mexico Software Development Engineer (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau) role if your background includes:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of data analytics in a corporate setting
• Hands-on experience in developing BI OLAP Semantic data models for large scale data warehouse/data Lake – Snowflake using Power BI Fabric.
• Map the data journey from operational system sources through any transformations in transit to its delivery into enterprise repositories (Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data, etc.)
• Expertise in BI & data architecture design, recommendations and implementation best practices and continuous optimization.
• Experience in design enablement with experience in Cloud Technologies, SQL, Data Lake/Data Warehousing on cloud, Visualization and Analytics.
• Familiarity with data sources at the heart of the analysis include Salesforce, Datadog, Azure DevOps, and Service Now
• Analytical aptitude while able to maintain a broader perspective, identifies and evaluates opportunities to enhance the business through cross-group collaboration.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks with a high attention to detail, even in the face of ambiguity and environmental barriers.
• Skilled in navigating complex organizations, systems, and processes and building collaborative relationships.
