At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for a Service Manager and Architect for Firewall Service to join us in Lisbon.Understanding of the current firewall technologies supported by the main vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, etc.Familiarity with Next-Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, proxy services and segmentation strategies;Knowledge of network security principles, including Zero Trust ArchitectureUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)Previous experience as a Service Manager for IT in security related topicsGeneral knowledge about Firewall management and operation services in IT and OT environmentsExperience in designing and optimizing network infrastructures and firewall environmentsITIL framework knowledgeExperience managing SLAs, KPIs, and Service Availability for security related servicesAbility to coordinate migrations, upgrades, patches and lifecycle management in complex IT environments for security servicesUnderstand complex connectivity and firewall solutions in the LAN network segmentIf you’re interested in this job please send your CV toDecskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
